Jamal Taha, M.D.

, Medical Director of Gamma Knife, is board certified in both neurosurgery and pain medicine and serves as Medical Director of the Office of Technology Development at Charles F. Kettering Memorial Hospital. He received Gamma Knife training at Cleveland Clinic. He is also Medical Director of the American Parkinson's Disease Association of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. He recently served as Associate Professor of neurosurgery at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and Director of the Functional Neurosurgery Program.

Asif Bashir, M.D.

, before joining Kettering Medical Center, Dr. Bashir was the Chief Resident in Neurosurgery, as well as Spine Fellow at the SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He holds certifications from the American Medical Association, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and many others, and has published extensively. Recently, he participated in a Functional/Deep Brain Stimulation Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic and Gamma Knife certification at the University of Pittsburgh.
